Claimflux

What It Is

ClaimFlux is a pioneering debt recovery software  and Kenya’s only dedicated debt collection automation platform. In a market where debt recovery has traditionally been a labour-intensive, inconsistent, and often ineffective process, ClaimFlux brings intelligent automation to the entire collections lifecycle — from automated debtor reminders and payment plan management to real-time recovery analytics. They are the system behind the scenes that makes collections smarter, faster, and more scalable.

The Challenge

Being first in a category is both a privilege and a burden — you have to explain the category before you can sell the product. ClaimFlux needed a website that would do the heavy lifting of education and conversion simultaneously: helping prospective clients understand why automation matters, what ClaimFlux specifically does, and why now is the time to act. As the only player in this space in Kenya, the site had to establish category authority while also being commercial enough to drive enquiries.

Our Process

We led with the problem statement — the staggering cost of manual, inconsistent debt collection in Kenya — before introducing ClaimFlux as the solution. The site was structured as a narrative: here’s the pain, here’s the category, here’s our platform, here’s the proof. Product features were presented in clear, visual modules that made the automation benefits tangible: ‘What used to take your team 20 hours now runs automatically, around the clock.’ We embedded ROI language throughout — recovery rates, time saved, costs reduced — giving prospects the ammunition they needed to build an internal business case. The design was modern fintech: data-forward, clean, and authoritative.

The Outcome

ClaimFlux now has the kind of website that builds a category. It positions them as the definitive authority on debt collection automation in Kenya, educates the market on the opportunity cost of not automating, and converts informed visitors into qualified leads. As the pioneer in this space, their digital home now looks and feels like the pioneer they are.
