Quest Risk Services (QRS) is a Kenya-based technology and solutions company operating at the intersection of fintech, credit risk, and digital tools. Their platform suite includes a Receivables Management Platform for debt collection, a Property Management System for landlords and property managers, a billing platform, an e-Wallet solution, and training services in financial and credit risk management. QRS exists to empower businesses with the tools they need to manage risk, optimise collections, and operate more efficiently.
The Challenge
QRS had a powerful, multi-product offering that touched several different industries — from financial services to real estate — but their digital presence was scattered and unclear. Potential clients couldn’t quickly understand what QRS did or which product was right for them. They needed a website that would organise their solutions cleanly, speak to multiple buyer personas simultaneously, and position QRS as a credible technology company in a sector where trust is everything.
Our Process
We started with a clear sitemap restructure — grouping products into intuitive categories and building dedicated landing sections for each solution. The design was modern and technology-forward: clean lines, bold typography, and a digital-native aesthetic that signalled innovation. We wrote product descriptions that were specific about function and benefit — helping a property manager understand the PMS, a lender understand the receivables platform, and a business owner understand the billing system — all from the same cohesive site. Training services were positioned as a value-add that distinguished QRS beyond pure software.
The Outcome
QRS launched with a platform that finally reflects the breadth and depth of what they offer. Visitors now land on a site that immediately communicates technological credibility, guides them to the right product efficiently, and builds the kind of confidence that leads to demos and conversations. QRS is no longer underselling itself online.
